The new production line is capable of manufacturing both foam and nonwoven ECG electrodes, as well as solid gel and wet gel variants, all within a single versatile platform. With a production speed of up to 110 pieces per minute and a daily output of approximately 50,000 units, the machine delivers exceptional manufacturing efficiency through intelligent engineering design.
Key features of the Junssen ECG Electrode Production Machine include PLC-controlled speed adjustment, precision cutting accuracy of ±0.5mm, and compatibility with a wide range of raw materials including PE foam, nonwoven fabrics, AG/AgCl sensors, and PET substrates. The machine supports customized electrode shapes—round, oval, square, or rectangle—to meet diverse clinical requirements.
Notably, the fully automated system requires only two operators per shift, significantly reducing labor costs and minimizing human intervention throughout the manufacturing process. The compact design optimizes cleanroom space utilization, while the user-friendly interface ensures ease of operation and maintenance.
