The unit has been forklifted and dispatched to a local medical consumables producer.
Built for TENS therapy patches, ECG electrodes and self-adhesive medical gel pads, this four-station rotary die-cutter features four separate die-cutting stations and seven unwinding-rewinding roller groups. It handles full-process production automatically: material unwinding, multi-layer laminating, precision rotary die-cutting, waste stripping and finished-product rewinding. Every die-cutting module uses high-strength alloy frames and fine-tune knobs to deliver micron-level cutting precision, complying with strict medical manufacturing requirements. Operators can set parameters easily via the central touchscreen, aided by physical buttons for start, stop, jog and standby operations.
Our technical team ran full-load endurance checks, cutting dimension validation and safety tests prior to delivery to rule out potential faults. The machine is wrapped in stretch protective film and secured on standard wooden pallets to prevent impact and moisture issues in transit.
Growing market demand for medical consumables pushes many factories to phase out semi-manual cutting lines in favour of fully-automatic rotary die-cutting systems. This multi-station machine helps manufacturers cut labour expense, lower material loss and raise daily output of physiotherapy electrodes.
