Q2: Our products have very high processing accuracy. Can you handle it?

A: We have seen many drawings with very high precision requirements. We can be certain that the higher the precision, the higher the processing cost. Therefore, the size tolerance requirements of the part drawings should be marked based on the actual situation, not the higher the better.

Q3: What processing equipment do you have and what precision can you achieve?

A: We currently have large CNC machining centers, CNC four-axis machines, CNC five-axis machines, CNC lathes, turning-milling combined machines, centering machines, wire cutting, stamping machines, etc. The tolerance can be controlled to 0.005.

Q4: What is the minimum order quantity for processing customization? How is the sample fee calculated?

A: Our minimum order quantity is 1-10 pieces, which is equivalent to a single piece sample. Rapid CNC Milling Prototyping the sample fee is usually quite expensive. Because when ordering materials, it is impossible to ask the material supplier to cut a small piece. The time and effort spent on CNC programming are not less than that of producing large quantities. The rule of small profit and large sales is always unchanged. However, when producing in large quantities, we promise to refund the sample fee.

Q5: What kind of free sample testing is available?

A: We offer free sample testing to better serve our customers. When your customized product is first produced and you are not sure about the product quality, we can provide free sample testing services. However, because there are many customers requesting samples, and many customers do not place orders after sample trial production, a certain earnest deposit is required before the sample is made. After the cooperation reaches a certain amount of payment, it will be refunded to you.
