Equipment structure

The Removable Glue Points Production Line is composed of six modules: unwinding unit, dispensing unit, forming unit, cooling unit, slicing unit and receiving packaging unit.

1. Unwinding Unit

The unwinding unit of the sheet packaging equipment is mainly used to hold the original rolls of release paper. It generally adopts a double-station automatic rewinding structure. Some high-end equipment also features an electrostatic elimination device to prevent the release paper from attracting dust due to static electricity, thereby maintaining the coating quality.

2. Soldering unit

The dispensing unit is the core module of the point spray type ball sticker production process. This sheet packaging equipment usually uses imported dispensing machines. By heating, the hot melt adhesive is automatically sprayed and formed within the box. This process has higher precision and can precisely control the thickness of the adhesive layer. It fully meets the fixation and adhesion performance requirements of ball stickers, and is particularly suitable for the production of thin point spray type ball stickers. The production speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the thickness of the adhesive layer.

3. Cooling unit

Sheet packaging equipment is generally equipped with a blowing system, which can promptly discharge the solvent vapor, ensuring uniform drying of the adhesive layer and avoiding residual solvents causing unstable adhesion. The Removable Adhesive Label Manufacturing Machine also has a cooling device at the end, cooling the released release paper to room temperature to avoid deformation of the release paper due to high temperature and affecting the subsequent forming accuracy.

5. Slicing Unit

The continuous materials after forming need to be sliced according to the specifications of individual finished products. The slicing unit generally adopts a circular knife rotary cutting mechanism, with adjustable cutting length and high cutting precision.

6. Receiving and Packaging Unit

The sheet-packaged finished products after slicing will be sent to the receiving unit through the conveying mechanism, automatically counted and stacked, and automatically discharged when reaching the set quantity, facilitating subsequent packaging and sealing. Some highly automated production lines are directly connected to packaging equipment, and can automatically complete the bagging, sealing, and labeling processes.

Principle

The complete production process of this equipment includes unwinding, dispensing, cooling and shaping, high-precision die-cutting and sheet stacking. It can complete the production of balloon adhesive dots in a complete automated cycle. The machine is equipped with an independent PID temperature control system and has a complete temperature protection function, which can effectively prevent the hot melt adhesive from being damaged due to overheating. Its die-cutting unit only cuts the bonding layer without damaging the bottom release paper. Therefore, the finished balloon adhesive dots can be cleanly removed without leaving any glue residue on the balloon surface, glass surface, latex balloons and other common attachment surfaces, fully meeting the feature of this filling machine without residue positioning.
