Product Introduction

Our Electrosurgical Grounding Pad is soft and resilient, and is used during surgery to connect the complete current circuit.
The pad has excellent flexibility and fits comfortably on any part of the patient's body. The current generated during surgical cutting and burning operations will flow back to the electrosurgical unit through the grounding pad electrodes and wires, avoiding injury to the patient.
The product is of high quality, available in two specifications: a whole-piece model and a split-piece model. It can be matched with all electrosurgical equipment on the market, and all the safety and biocompatibility testing certifications are complete.
The whole-piece model has a single metal conductive layer inside, which evenly collects and conducts the current; the split-piece model has a double-sided leakage prevention design, with the current divided and conducted to both sides of the conductive edges, resulting in a higher safety factor. Even if one side of the conductive edge fails, the other side can still conduct the current normally, making the surgical use more reliable.

Production Principle

The advantages of online gluing are its simple structure and low cost. It is suitable for coating a gluing layer with a thickness of 0.5-0.8mm. After gluing, it can be directly subjected to ultraviolet curing. The power of the ultraviolet lamp can be adjusted continuously according to different formulations of the hydrogel. The coated substrate and release paper are combined into one, and the product is cut according to the shape. Then, it is asynchronously transferred to the release film to cover the foam and undergo final cutting.

This process achieves accurate control of glue layer thickness and curing degree through the PLC control system, ensuring consistent conductive performance and adhesive force of the hydrogel layer of the elongated return pad in mass production. The whole production flow completes all core procedures on one integrated production line, which avoids the dimensional deviation caused by positioning errors in multiple transfers, and ensures that the size and shape of each finished product meet the design requirements of elongated specifications.
