Compared to a single-lane machine, it runs two lanes at the same time - double the output with only a little more floor space. To switch to a different electrode size or shape, just change the tooling. The machine is equipped with Delta servo motors, our own snap fastening system, a precision glue dispenser with automatic cleaning, and a patented UV curing unit. The touch screen is movable for easy operation, and it includes functions like technical support, fault alarms, and finished product counting.
