Product Features

1.The disposable self-adhesive ECG electrode production equipment is an upgraded version based on the ordinary ecg electrode patch equipment. It adds a sponge placement module and is produced in conjunction with a sponge padding layer.

2.The sponge placement mechanism uses a cutting and asynchronous placement method to attach to the label paper; the sponge is actively fed, and the auxiliary sensor is used for real-time detection to prevent the sponge from being pulled too loosely or too tightly.

3.The PET release film has specially designed a bypass for the sponge protrusions. It uses a rapid molding process after heating, and the molded surface will not have defects such as holes or pits.
