Real-time camera detection is arranged at key stations including substrate lamination, liquid gel filling, sponge positioning and finished product cutting, which automatically identifies gel shortage, offset lamination, dimensional deviation and surface defects of ECG electrode pads. The visual system feeds abnormal signals back to the servo control system instantly to trigger automatic correction or waste rejection, effectively eliminating defective products in advance, greatly lowering manual inspection pressure and guaranteeing uniform quality of mass-produced hydrogel ECG electrodes.
