The Fully Automatic Adhesive Die Cutting Machine is equipped with an optical eye tracking function, the operating logic of a self-adhesive die-cutting machine can be summarized in three core steps: feeding, die-cutting, and output of finished products.It is suitable for the die-cutting processing of materials such as protective films, single-sided and double-sided adhesives, copper and aluminum foils, foam, and adhesive products.
Feeding Unit
The Fully Auto Label Converting Line is equipped with a cantilever feeding rack and tension control system. The standard feeding roll diameter is 300-500mm, suitable for raw materials with a width of 100-350mm.
Tension Control System
The standard configuration uses a magnetic powder tension controller to adjust feeding tension according to different material thicknesses, preventing stretching, deformation, or loose feeding. High-end models can be equipped with servo motor-driven feeding and tension sensors for automatic tension adjustment, suitable for processing ultra-thin foam, release paper, and other sensitive materials.
Deviation Correction System
Most models are equipped with automatic deviation correction devices using photoelectric or ultrasonic sensors to detect material position changes. The motor-driven adjustment system corrects feeding deviation in real time, ensuring accurate die-cutting alignment and stable production quality.
