1. The ECG Electrode Production Line adopts servo electrodes for winding, which maintains stable tension and makes it less likely to break when collecting waste materials. Ordinary motors are prone to cracking and deforming;
2. The die-cutting of electrode pads uses wooden knife molds, which has a lower cost compared to circular knife molds and a shorter processing cycle;
3. The semi-cutting process allows for convenient and precise adjustment of the depth. It only cuts the surface release film and adds a limit device, making it more stable and preventing it from cutting through the finished product;
4. The full-cutting process uses molds, which have a long service life. The internal structure of the molds is reserved with snap-fit structures to avoid cutting into the pins, reducing the defect rate;
5. The buckle mechanism uses a vibration disc for feeding, with an open structure. It is convenient for observing whether the buckle is stuck or missing, and saves labor costs for placing the buckle.
ECG Electrode Manufacturing Equipment is suitable for various electrode substrates, such as non-woven fabric, foam, etc.; it is compatible with two different conductive printing layers, silver paste and carbon paste, and supports the mass production of different specifications of electrode pads including circular, square, elliptical, and irregular-shaped monitoring ECG electrodes, as well as exercise load test electrodes.
